Each year, the Pitt County Educational Foundation proudly invests in the creativity and dedication of our educators by awarding IMPACT Grants, competitive grants that bring innovative classroom ideas to life. These monetary awards fund unique projects that enrich learning, spark curiosity, and expand opportunities for students across Pitt County Schools.
Every attendance area has its own review committee, ensuring that the projects selected are not only imaginative but also impactful. This past school year alone, we awarded over $47,000 in funding, supporting five large-scale high school innovation projects and 88 educator grants in total; all designed to transform classrooms and inspire students. For the 2025–2026 school year, our goal is bold: to raise over $50,000 to fuel even more creativity, innovation, and opportunity for our students and teachers. With your generosity, we can continue to provide the tools and resources our educators need to dream big and make a lasting difference in the lives of students. Together, we can empower teachers. Together, we can inspire students. Together, we can shape the future of education in Pitt County. |
